Add a warranty
Tap Add in KeepSure, then scan a receipt with the camera, import a photo, or enter the details manually. On-device text recognition suggests the product name and purchase date — confirm them, pick a warranty duration, and save.
Fix a scan that missed details
Fiscal receipts are noisy, so recognition can miss a name or date. If that happens, the confirmation form opens with the photo attached — fill in the missing fields by hand before saving.
Warranty reminders
KeepSure schedules reminders 30 and 7 days before an item's warranty expires. Delivery requires notification permission and can be delayed by iOS background scheduling. Editing an item's purchase date or duration reschedules its reminders.
iCloud sync
When your iPhone is signed into iCloud, KeepSure keeps your items in your private iCloud database so they survive reinstalls and appear on other devices using the same Apple Account. If iCloud is off, items stay on the device only.
KeepSure Lifetime
The free tier tracks one item. The one-time KeepSure Lifetime purchase removes the limit forever — no subscription. After reinstalling or switching devices, use Restore Purchases in Settings to lift the limit again.
Delete an item or your data
Swipe to delete an item, or open it and choose Delete — this removes its record, receipt photo, and scheduled reminders, including the synced copy in your iCloud. Deleting the app removes all local KeepSure data.
