KeepSure Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the KeepSure app for iPhone. KeepSure is developed and published by Buuk Group OÜ, Registry Code 17370333, registered at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju Maakond, Estonia.

By downloading or using KeepSure, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use KeepSure.

KeepSure is a utility that stores warranty records and receipt photos you add, and schedules reminder notifications before a warranty expires. KeepSure does not provide, extend, register, or guarantee any warranty, and it is not a party to any warranty between you and a seller or manufacturer.

Text recognition of receipts is a convenience feature and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying the product name, purchase date, and warranty duration before saving an item.

Reminder notifications depend on the information you entered, the notification permission you granted, and operating-system scheduling. KeepSure does not guarantee that a reminder will be delivered at a specific time or at all, and missing a reminder does not create any liability of Buuk Group for an expired or unclaimed warranty.

Receipts, photos, and warranty details you add to KeepSure remain yours. They are stored on your device and, if iCloud sync is available, in your private iCloud database as described in the KeepSure Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you add and for maintaining your own copies of important documents.

You may use KeepSure for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with applicable law. You must not use KeepSure to store unlawful content or to violate any third-party rights.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer KeepSure except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.

KeepSure, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by Buuk Group OÜ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your right to use the app is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license governed by these terms and the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

KeepSure offers a free tier and a one-time KeepSure Lifetime unlock purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. The Lifetime unlock is a non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on a new device using Restore Purchases. Apple processes the transaction and applies its payment, refund, and purchase terms.

The Lifetime unlock removes the item limit in the app. It is not a subscription and does not entitle you to additional services beyond the app's functionality.

iCloud, CloudKit, and other Apple services used by KeepSure are operated by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Buuk Group is not responsible for the availability of iCloud sync or for data loss caused by your Apple Account settings, iCloud storage limits, or Apple service interruptions.

KeepSure is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Buuk Group disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of KeepSure when needed for security, maintenance, platform compatibility, legal compliance, or product development.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buuk Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, missed warranty claims, or business opportunities arising from KeepSure or a third-party service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights available to you.

You may stop using KeepSure at any time and may delete the app and its data as described in the KeepSure Privacy Policy. Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without limiting mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.

We may update these terms when KeepSure or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when revised terms are published. Continuing to use KeepSure after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
