Limitr Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Limitr apps for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac. Limitr is developed and published by Buuk Group OÜ, Registry Code 17370333, registered at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju Maakond, Estonia.

By downloading or using Limitr, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Limitr.

Limitr is a utility that retrieves and displays usage-limit information from supported third-party providers. Limitr does not provide AI services, increase a provider limit, or guarantee that provider data will always be available, complete, or current.

Provider limits, account plans, authentication methods, APIs, and availability can change without notice. A provider change may temporarily or permanently affect a Limitr connection or feature.

You may connect only accounts that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for protecting your device, provider accounts, and credentials, and for complying with each provider’s terms and policies.

Limitr stores supported credentials in the Apple Keychain and sends requests directly from your device to the provider. More information is available in the Limitr Privacy Policy.

You may use Limitr for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with applicable law. You must not use Limitr to access another person’s account, interfere with a provider or its services, bypass access controls, misuse provider endpoints, or violate any third-party rights.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer Limitr except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.

Limitr, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by Buuk Group OÜ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your right to use the app is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license governed by these terms and the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

Limitr may offer optional one-time tips through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Tips do not unlock functionality, create a subscription, or entitle you to additional services. Apple processes the transaction and applies its payment, refund, and purchase terms.

Claude, Cursor, Codex, Apple, and other referenced products or services are operated by independent third parties. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Buuk Group is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third-party services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Your use of a connected provider remains subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policy, availability, and account restrictions.

Limitr is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Buuk Group disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Limitr when needed for security, maintenance, provider compatibility, legal compliance, or product development.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buuk Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, usage capacity, or business opportunities arising from Limitr or a third-party service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights available to you.

You may stop using Limitr at any time and may disconnect providers to remove their saved Limitr data from your device. Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without limiting mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.

We may update these terms when Limitr, provider integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when revised terms are published. Continuing to use Limitr after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
